We operate primarily online and offer self-pickup by appointment.

We are not responsible for misunderstanding due to incorrect assumptions.


4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Prices may change without prior notice depending on stock, promotional events, or supplier adjustments.

For wholesale orders, additional discounts may apply.


5. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You accept our Shipping, Refund, and Return policies

  • You will make full payment before shipping or pickup

Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the courier.


8. Self-Pickup

RETURN POLICY (FULL & DETAILED)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product has manufacturing defects

  • Proof of unboxing (for courier damage claims)

We ship across Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia).

  • Large items (mannequins, racks): 2–5 working days

  • Wholesale bulk orders: 5–14 working days


3. Delivery Time

Courier delivery takes:

  • 2–5 days (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • 5–10 days (Sabah/Sarawak)

Actual delivery depends on courier performance.


4. Shipping Partners

We use:

  • J&T Cargo

  • DHL eCommerce

  • Pos Laju

  • Private logistics (for bulk orders)


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated by:

  • Weight

  • Size

  • Item quantity

  • Delivery location

Large mannequins & racks may have oversized charges.


6. Tracking Information

Tracking number will be sent once order is shipped.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries

  • Lost parcels

  • Additional redelivery charges
