At Mannequin Enterprises, we take pride in supplying high-quality mannequins, display stands, retail fixtures, and wholesale merchandise. We carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Because a large portion of our business is wholesale, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent for both retail and bulk buyers.


1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Items

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives broken, cracked, or severely scratched.

  • The item is missing essential parts (e.g., arms, base, stand rod).

  • You received the wrong item or wrong colour/model.

1.2 We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size/model ordered by customer

  • Minimal cosmetic defects that do not affect function

  • Items used, altered, repainted, or assembled incorrectly

  • Wholesale orders after delivery is accepted

Note: For wholesale/bulk orders, customers must inspect the shipment upon arrival.

2. Return Request Window

You must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after this window will not be accepted due to the fragile nature of mannequins and display items.


3. Evidence Required for Returns

To file a claim, you must provide the following:

  1. Clear photos of the item from all angles

  2. Close-up photos/videos of the damage or defect

  3. Photo of the original packaging (including courier sticker)

  4. Order number & customer name

We will not process claims without evidence.


4. Replacement & Refund Options

If your claim is approved, you may choose:

Option A: Replacement

We will send a replacement part or full product depending on the damage.

Option B: Refund

Refunds will be provided ONLY via:

  • Bank Transfer (Malaysia bank account required)

Important: We do NOT refund via PayPal, Stripe, Billplz, or any other online payment methods.

5. Return Shipping

If the mistake is on our side:

  • We cover return shipping OR send a replacement without requiring return.

If customer ordered incorrectly:

  • Customer covers return shipping cost.

  • Handling & restocking fee may apply (up to 15%).


6. Wholesale Orders Policy

Since mannequins are fragile, wholesale orders have additional terms:

  • Customers must check items upon delivery.

  • Any damage must be reported same day with photos.

  • Minor scratches or paint imperfections are NOT considered defects.

  • No returns for bulk orders unless the product is completely unusable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Clearance stock

  • Custom-painted mannequins

  • Special-request items

  • Assembled items

  • Items exposed to water, outdoor damage, or misuse
