Desaru Utama Residence, Kota Tinggi, Johor, Malaysia
(Online store – warehouse pickup by appointment only)

Our previous location in Johor Bahru is no longer active.


3. Wholesale Availability

We supply both retail and wholesale, with better pricing for bulk orders.
Wholesale enquiries can be made through our Contact Page or WhatsApp.


4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product details, but:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Measurements may have a small tolerance difference.

  • Stock availability may change without prior notice.


5. Orders & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer (FPX / Manual Transfer)

All orders placed are considered confirmed once payment is received.


6. Pricing

All prices listed:

  • Are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)

  • Include retail pricing unless stated otherwise for wholesale

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Customer location

We are not responsible for courier delays, as these are outside our control.


8. Self Pickup Policy

Self-pickup is available by appointment only.
Location details and pickup instructions will be provided after order confirmation.

9. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Pickup scheduling has been arranged

At MANNEQUIN ENTERPRISES, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Due to the nature, size, and fragility of retail equipment, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • You received an item with major damage

  • You received an item that is not working (for products that require functionality)

Returns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item.
Proof required:

  • Clear photos (full view + close-up)

  • Video showing damage or issue

  • Original packaging must be intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item ordered by customer

  • Slight colour or measurement variations

  • Damage caused by buyer (drops, misuse, improper assembly)

  • Items purchased during promotions or clearance

  • Items bought under wholesale pricing (strictly no returns unless manufacturing defect)


3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide the return address

  • Customer must send the item back within 3 days

  • Shipping cost for returning items is paid by customer, unless error is from our side

4. Exchange

We offer exchanges only when:

  • The item received is defective

  • The replacement stock is available

If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

We ship nationwide in Malaysia using trusted couriers such as J&T Cargo, Skynet, DHL eCommerce, and Pgeon.
Large items such as mannequins, display racks, and heavy equipment may require Lorry Transport or Cargo services.

  • Delivery time: 2–7 working days (depending on size & location)

Delays may occur during:

  • Peak seasons

  • Public holidays

  • Courier backlogs

  • Weather disruptions


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated based on:

  • Weight

  • Size (volumetric)

  • Courier service availability

  • Delivery address

You will be informed of the total shipping fee before payment.


3. Large & Fragile Items

Products such as mannequins, racks, and furniture may require:

  • Wooden crate packaging

  • Additional protection materials

  • Special cargo handling

These may result in higher delivery fees, especially for East Malaysia.


4. Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
Customers are responsible for tracking their orders.


5. Lost / Delayed Shipments

MANNEQUIN ENTERPRISES is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Parcels held by logistics hubs

  • Loss due to wrong address entered by customer

However, we will assist in contacting the courier when necessary.
