At Mannequin Enterprises, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered efficiently, whether you are purchasing a single unit or placing a wholesale bulk order. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • For wholesale orders, processing may take 2–5 business days, depending on quantity and stock availability.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we expect any delay, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.


2. Shipping Methods

We primarily use the following couriers:

Domestic (Malaysia)

  • J&T Cargo – used for large items such as mannequins, racks, and bulk orders.

  • J&T Express – used for smaller accessories or lightweight items.

  • Other courier partners may be used depending on destination and parcel size.

Self Pick-up

Customers may opt for self-collection at our NEW warehouse location:
Desaru Utama Residence, Bandar Penawar, Johor.
(Full unit number will be shared privately after order confirmation.)


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Bulky items such as mannequins and display racks may require special cargo rates.

  • We will provide the exact shipping cost before confirming your order.

For wholesale orders, bulk shipping discounts may apply.


4. Delivery Time Estimates

Peninsular Malaysia

  • J&T Cargo: 2–5 business days

  • J&T Express: 1–3 business days

Sabah & Sarawak

  • Cargo shipments: 5–10 business days

  • Express deliveries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier details

  • Estimated delivery time

Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier’s website.


6. Shipping for Wholesale Orders

Since we specialize in wholesale supply, we offer:

  • Palletized cargo shipments for large quantities

  • Bulk order discounts

  • Special shipping arrangements for retailers, resellers, and business clients

For wholesale freight rates, please contact us directly through WhatsApp.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damage

  • Packaging photos

  • Order number

We will assist with courier claims or arrange a replacement depending on the situation.


8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed delivery due to wrong address

  • Courier delays

  • Uncollected parcels

If items are returned to us, the customer must pay additional reshipping fees.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within Malaysia
